90-Day Advance-Request Policy
Planned events at Cornerstone Full Gospel Assembly require at least 90 calendar days of advance notice so that our pastoral and administrative teams can review, prepare, and approve each request with excellence.
Weddings, baby dedications, church events, facility-use requests for planned activities, celebrations, and other scheduled programs must be submitted at least 90 calendar days before the requested event date. This allows the pastoral and administrative teams adequate time for review, scheduling, facility preparation, staffing, coordination, and approval. Requests submitted fewer than 90 days before the requested date will not be accepted through the regular planning process. Funeral and bereavement requests are exempt from this requirement.
How the 90 days are calculated
The system compares your submission date with your requested event dateand requires at least 90 full calendar days between them. The earliest eligible event date is calculated automatically each time a request is opened — there is no fixed cutoff date. Requests with 89 days of notice or fewer will be declined by the online form.
Applies to
- Wedding requests
- Baby dedication requests
- Church event-planning requests
- Facility-use requests for planned activities, celebrations, and scheduled programs
